JOAPS portal is now ready to
accept missing documents for which an undertaking was submitted
earlier. You can login on JOAPS
and submit the document.
Note the following:
If you have already submitted ALL the documents earlier and did not submit an Undertaking, you can ignore the message/email about uploading missing documents. You do not need to upload anything again.
The deadline to submit the documents is July 20, 2020.
You need to submit ALL the documents together (including
the documents you submitted earlier). Only exception is the
students in the FINAL year/semester of their program (See the next
For FINAL year/semester
students, if you do not have your FINAL year/semester's document
ready, you can submit an undertaking in the format specified

this is a different undertaking then submitted earlier.
Update your Academic Records if you
filled them incorrectly and/or incompletely earlier.
If you do not submit ALL the required documents (including FINAL
year/semester's document OR equivalent undertaking) by the deadline,
your application will be considered incomplete.
